If your metro area is not on that list

Then we cannot answer the local question yet. There are 935 metro and micropolitan areas in the United States and we are covering them a few at a time, so most of the country is not here.

There are two places to look instead. Your state page lists every shop we have found in the state, including the ones in places too small to have a page of their own — and the guides alongside answer the questions that are not about where you are.

States

What we can tell you anywhere

These are the same answer in every metro area, covered or not: what being an authorized service centre actually obliges a shop to do, which manufacturers publish what about their own dealers, and what to ask before you carry a machine anywhere.
